The ballpoint pen drawing took a long time to complete due to the intricacies of all the lines on the paper. I discovered drawing again after decades away from the art, and I instantly knew I needed to include it in my life. Drawing then led me to painting, so these drawings opened up a new facet to my life which came at a time when I needed it. Each of these drawings is an important and meaningful thing to me.
